Normal support hours are between 8-5 Central, Monday-Friday. If it is after hours and you have an emergency with your site and you need assistance, you can call our emergency line at 800-292-5809, option 6. Please leave a message if you do not reach the person on call. It is also recommended that you open a support ticket describing your emergency as well, and mark it a priority of "Emergency". Our general timeframe for responding to emergency requests is one hour, but if it is very early or late in the day, it may take longer.
